The City of Stillwater was the second city to be displaced after the wormhole opened up and never closed. Much like City Noir which was the first to fall victim of the several Temporal Hurricanes that have occurred due to the unstable energies the wormhole brought forth, Stillwater is somewhat of a mix of the cities Chicago and Pittsburgh from the United States. Whimsical and Violent at times are two words that best describe this city, as Violence between several factions within have been brewing for some time but have yet to come to a head. Each of these factions controls a part of the city, save for it's Eastside and Central Burbs, given those are Neutral Territory, controlled mostly by the people who reside there and the city officials.

This does not mean however that the factions have not tried to take control on more than one occasion, each time being thwarted by the people who chose to take up arms and defend against anyone who made the attempt. Given how the factions' desires to ultimately become the one to take complete control of the city, however..
